After this matter was argued for sometime, we invited attention of Mr.Tope, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, to the multiple remedies available to the parties like the Petitioner. If they are aggrieved and dissatisfied with the order dated 10.07.2017, copy of which is at page 50 of the paper book, then, immediate superior can be approached and his appellate jurisdiction can be invoked. Even if their petition/ appeal does not succeed, there is further remedy of approaching the Government.

In such circumstances, all these multiple remedies which are equally efficacious, enable us not to entertain this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of on the ground that the Petitioner has alternate and equally efficacious remedies so as to challenge the impugned order. kps (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) (S.C.
