Present applications have been filed for withdrawal of the amount. The amount has been deposited by the appellant-acquiring body. The appeals have been filed challenging the quantum. Under such circumstance, taking into consideration the purpose for which the appeals have been filed, it would be in the interest of the parties to allow the applicants to withdraw partial amount.
