Heard both sides. In terms of the Minister's order which is under challenge in this Writ Petition, mutation entry no. 8015 came to be sanctioned in favour of respondent no.3 herein and the applicant apprehends that by taking undue advantage of the same, respondent no.3 may create third party interest in respect of the property which is ad-measuring 3H and 58 R. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially the status quo order was in force. However subsequently, before the aforesaid mutation entry came to be sanctioned, it was vacated.

The learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that respondent no.3 has no objection if the parties are directed to maintain status quo if the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing at the earliest.

In view of the above, the parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property. The Writ Petition be fixed for hearing on 12.04.2018. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
