The petitioner's proposal for validation of her tribe claim is pending with the respondent no.2/Scrutiny Committee. 3.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that she has adopted the reply given by her first degree cousin Pravin Kashinath Pattewad and second degree cousin Ashwini Kashinath Pattewad whose matters have been closed for passing final order. He submits that the petitioner has adopted the reply given by Pravin and Ashwini to the vigilance report and even her proposal can be conveniently decided alongwith theirs. He would further submit that petitioner's

We dispose of the petition by directing the Scrutiny Committee that if it is not practically difficult, petitioner's proposal shall be decided together with the proposals of Pravin and Ashwini, stated to have been closed for passing final order.
