Heard the learned Counsel for both the sides. 1.

The petitioners are the landlords, prosecuting Regular Civil Suit No.285/2022 for possession against the respondents. This petition is preferred against the order dated 10.07.2023 below Exhibit-28 passed by the learned trial Judge. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the purpose would be subserved if the learned trial Judge is directed to decide the suit expeditiously.

Without going into the merits, I propose to dispose of this writ petition with necessary directions.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction to learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Parbhani to decide Regular Civil Suit No.285/2022 within a period of six months.

The parties shall cooperate the trial Court for early disposal of the suit.
