The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner would approach the Civil Court as against the alleged false complaint made by Respondent No.4 and the action initiated by the Corporation on the basis of the complaint of Respondent No.4. The Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. If the Petitioner initiates proceedings against Respondent No.4 and the parties connected with the dispute, all contentions of the litigating parties are kept open and the disposal of this petition would not be an impediment.
