By order dated 04.08.2015 respondents were directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Junior Engineer as per the availability of vacancy. It was further observed that claim of the petitioner shall not be denied only on the ground that the petitioner is already appointed in Class-3 Grade-C post. The said order is not complied within stipulated time. 2.

By order dated 30.09.2025 the claim of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Extension Officer is rejected. Copy of the said order is placed on record by the learned advocate for respondent No. 3.
