This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court.

The learned advocate for the respondents has objected for withdrawal of entire amount by the applicant since the appeal is pending against the award.

In such circumstances, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% amount deposited in this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety.

5.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
