Writ petition No. 198 of 2022 was not on today's board. Since the second petition was on board, the petitioner desired that his frst petition be consider along with second petition. Hence, this petition was taken on board.

Issue is as regards completion of the departmental enquiry against the petitioner which has commenced in 2020. 3.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad Hingoli submits that, earlier there was no regular enquiry officer available with the Divisional Commissioner's office at Aurangabad. Now, a regular enquiry officer has been appointed and the enquiry could be completed within a time frame. 4.

Considering the passage of time and as a departmental enquiry ought not to be kept lingering for so long, that this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 as well as the enquiry officer to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 30th December, 2022. The petitioner would render whole hearted cooperation and at the same time, the enquiry officer would not unnecessarily adjourn the enquiry proceeding. 5.

Insofar as Writ Petition No.9669 of 2022 is concerned, the petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' and 'D' as under :- (C) To issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate treat or order all directions in the like nature thereby

the Respondent No.3 i.e. the Chief Executive Ofcere Zilla Parishade Hingoli may kindly be directed to issue permanent posting order to the petitioner for village panchayat Shirad-Shahapur or any other available suitable vacant post within panchayat samitteee Aundha Nagnath.

(D) Pending hearing and fnal disposal of this Writ Petitione the Respondent No.3 and 4 may kindly be directed to maintain the charge of the petitioner as In-Charge Village Development Ofcer for village panchayat Shirad-Shahapure Tq. Aundha (Nagnath)e Dist. Hingoli.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad places on the record a copy of the order dated 17.10.2022, which is marked as 'X' fo r identifcation. He submits that the petitioner is now granted a regular posting as a Gramsevak at Gram Panchayat Keli Tq. Aundha(Nagnath), District Hingoli. 7.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. 8.
