The grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the petitioner before the Mamlatdar under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars Court Act is pending for more than one year. No further process is undertaken by the Tehsildar.

Learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and submits that, in case, the proceedings are pending, the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

In case, the application is filed by the petitioner under Section 5 of the Mamlatdars Court Act and the same is pending, then the authority shall take decision upon it after following proper procedure and hearing all parties concerned expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
