Considering the same, the Joint Charity Commissioner, Nashik, Division Nashik, is directed to decide Appeal Nos. 65/2022 and 66/2022 within a period of six months from today.

The Assistant Charity Commissioner, Jalgaon, upon receipt of the orders in Appeal Nos. 65/2022 and 66/2022, shall decide Change Report No. 267/2010 within three months thereafter.
