The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the writ petition, the management has submitted the revised proposal to the Deputy Director of Education, Nasik on 09.12.2020 for approval. The Deputy Director of Education, Nasik be directed to decide the said proposal.

In case, the revised proposal is forwarded by respondent No. 3 as is contended and if the same is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No. 2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within a
