Learned advocate for appellant/acquiring body, by placing on record order dated 08/02/2020 in First Appeal No.1609/2019 and connected matters, submits that group of first appeals arising out of same acquisition and same village were withdrawn by appellant before the Lok Adalat, however, this first appeal was inadvertently remained to be withdrawn along with that group. He, therefore, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the first appeal.

Permission granted. First appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. Accordingly, civil application also stands disposed of. 3.
