We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order of which disobedience has been alleged. 2.

We do not see any wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. However, we hope and expect that the authorities shall pass the order regarding the request of the petitioner for transfer, in accordance with law and policy of the State, expeditiously. It would be open for the petitioners to pursue the respondents - authorities.
