The learned Senior Counsel submits that after this court passed an interim order on 01.12.2020, the respondent authorities served an order upon the petitioner on 02.12.2021, the same is an interim order passed by the authority appointing interim Liquidator.

The petitioner seeks leave to amend.

Considering the aforesaid, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). Necessary amendment be carried out in writ petition.

Civil Application is disposed of.

In writ petition, issue notice to added respondents, returnable on 16.03.2021.
