The learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions from the applicant, submits that the applicant undertakes to deposit the balance arrears amount before the Family Court, Parbhani, on or before 17-10-2025. He further undertakes to pay the respondent Rs. 20,000/- per month towards the interim maintenance until the application before the Family Court, Parbhani, is finally disposed of. 2.

If the applicant deposits arrears of amount before the Family Court, Parbhani, on or before 17-10-2025, the learned Family Court shall permit him to proceed or to lead evidence in the matter, if any.

The applicant further undertakes that he will lead his

The learned advocate for the respondent does not dispute the above proposition of the learned advocate for the applicant.
