1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGP.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court has permitted the applicants in three connected appeals to withdraw the amount and directed to file application before the Reference Court. Accordingly, the applicants and other three applicants filed applications for withdrawal of the amount before the Reference Court. The Reference Court has considered the applications of three applicants in connected group of matters and permitted them to withdraw the amount. The applicant is also permitted to withdraw the amount but after passing the order of this Court. The said order is withheld, hence, requested to allow the present application.
