This is an application for condonation of delay of 925 days caused in filing the first appeal by the claimant. It is submitted that the claimant is illiterate person and not having knowledge of procedural aspects and therefore, could not file the appeal within prescribed period of limitation. The delay deserves to be condoned. 2.

Learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application and submitted that there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay. It is lastly prayed to reject the application.

On perusal of the application, it appears that delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, in the interest of justice, application
