Petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the judgment and order dated 03.08.2022 passed by the District Judge, Beed in interim application below Exhibit 13 thereby granting visitation rights in favour of the respondent-mother of two children of the couple. The children Swaraj and Shaurya are aged 05 and 02 years respectively and are in the custody of the petitioner-father. The mother has filed proceeding seeking custody of the children. In that proceeding interim application was filed seeking custody by the mother.

Instead of granting custody, the District Judge has granted mere visitation rights in favour of the mother to meet children on every Sunday between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The mother is directed to meet them at the place of relative at Beed between 11.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

I do not find any error being committed by the District Judge in granting visitation rights in favour of the mother. The children are entitled to company of both the parents. 4.
