Petitioner's proposal forwarded to the scrutiny committee on 08-02-2024 is to be decided. He is intending to ensure admission through NEET-UG-2024 process having scored 356 marks. 2.

It is being submitted that the vigilance enquiry has been conducted, however, till date, the committee is to get the report. 3.

We dispose of the petition by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 18 August 2024. The committee shall thereafter endeavour to decide his proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 30 August 2024.
