By this petition, the petitioner had sought direction to hold election of multi purpose cooperative societies and other cooperative societies by finalizing the list of voters and for quashing of the communication dated 13 August 2021 in respect of election of respondent No.6.

This petition was filed on 15 September 2021 and soon thereafter, the elections were held on 21 November 2021 and those elected have assumed charge. Thus, the petition has become infructuous.
