DATE : 01st October, 2016 PER COURT:
These petitions are not pressed on behalf of the petitioner-State and the only request, that is made, is to direct the Tribunal to decide pending Original Applications expeditiously. It is also pointed out that at present Division Bench is not available at the Aurangabad Bench of the Tribunal for dealing with the matters.
It would be open for the petitioners to make suitable application to the learned Chairman, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, for constitution of a Division Bench at Aurangabad or for transfer of matters to Mumbai. If such an application is made, learned Chairman may consider the same and looking to the facts of the case, prescribe the matters for early hearing.
{5} We direct the Tribunal to decide the matters as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from today.
With the direction as above, Writ Petitions are disposed of.
