IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 11138 OF 2015 (Yuvraj s/o Prabhu Tapse Vs. The State of Maharashtra and another) ---- Mr. Sachin S. Deshmukh, Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. S.B.Yawalkar, A.G.P. for the respondent/State ---- CORAM :

S.V. GANGAPURWALA AND SANGITRAO S. PATIL, JJ.

DATE : 11th APRIL, 2017 PER COURT :

Heard.

2.

Mr. S.B.Yawalkar, the learned A.G.P. raises a preliminary objection stating that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. In view of that though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass the submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedy as permissible in law. All the contentions are kept open. No costs.
