Seen the report of the Registrar. Heard both the sides. 2.

The Registrar has reported that in all an amount of Rs. 02,45,57,880/- was deposited out of which the original claimants were paid Rs. 1,12,50,000/- as per the order passed in Civil Application No. 4738/2015 dated 10.06.2015. It has also been reported that lateron the claimants were paid an additional sum of Rs. 78,51,085/- on 11.11.2019. It is reported now that Rs. 54,56,795/- is in balance. The interest accumulated thereon is Rs. 51,63,630/- out of which Rs. 30,95,732/- fall to the share of the original claimants and balance interest of Rs. 20,63,898/- is to be refunded to the CIDCO/Acquiring Body.

In view of above, the original claimants shall be paid Rs. 30,95,732/- and the remaining amount of Rs. 54,56,795/- and Rs. 20,67,898/- and any further interest shall be refunded to the CIDCO. ( MANGESH S. PATIL, J. ) mkd 1/1
