Heard learned counsel for both sides.

This is an application by original claimants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company appellant in this Court.

Learned counsel for respondent opposed the application on the ground that the appeal is presented on the quantum of compensation. In view of the objection raised and the fact that the

ca11251.17 award is in favour of the claimants/applicants, the claimants can be permitted to withdraw Rs.18 Lakh (Rs. Eighteen Lakh) out of the total compensation deposited in this Court, out of which the claimants have to be invested the amount in the fixed deposit as per the order of the Tribunal, particularly operative order clause nos.

(2) to (5) and the applicant no.1 be paid cash amount of Rs.4 Lakh (Rs.Four Lakh) by account payee cheque in her name only.
