1] Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits with reference to the FIR lodged that offences should have been registered by the Police on his complaint, which have been stated by him in his prayer clause.

2] We have read the complaint, which is nothing but a matrimonial dispute between the parties. It is not

Cr.WP 1102/15 - 2 - possible for us to direct registration of FIR as claimed by the petitioner. We, however, leave the petitioner to find out his own remedy in law. The writ petition is not entertained and the same is rejected.
