It is informed by the learned counsel for the applicants that pursuant to the directions of this Court vide order dated 25th July, 2016 passed in Criminal Application No.2330 of 2016, though the applicants have attended the concerned Police Station on 8th August, 2016, since the applicants were earlier threatened by the complainant, they could not attend the concerned Police Station on 9th and 10th August, 2016.

It is prayed that this Court may grant modification in the order dated 25th July, 2016. 3.

Perused the papers produced on record by the learned counsel for the applicants.

It will be appropriate in my opinion, to direct the applicants to attend the concenred Police Station on 25th and 26th August, 2016 between 10.00 am and 12.00 noon and, thereafter, as and when called.

Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
