The prayer of the Petitioners is that they should be reverted from the post of Graduate Science Teachers to the post of Assistant Teachers, as per the Government Circular dated 23/06/2023 and give them choice postings. Representation has been filed on 02/08/2024 and this Writ Petition has been filed on 08/08/2024.

We would not issue a Writ of Mandamus in a matter seeking reversion. So also, we would not issue a Writ of

8927.24wp (2) Mandamus in a matter, which is filed six days after lodging of the representation.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad submits that representation of the Petitioners, dated 02/08/2024, would be considered in accordance with the Rules and Policies applicable and the Zilla Parishad would endeavour to decide the said representation of the Petitioners within 60 days. 4.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
