ORDER :- Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned counsel for respondent No.1- Insurance Company. Perused the application. 2.

It has been submitted that, the amount has not been deposited in First Appeal No. 1842 of 2016. Therefore, no question arises for grant of permission to withdraw the amount. In such circumstances, the application being nugatory one, deserves to be rejected. 3.
