The applicants in Civil Application are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Insurance Company on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed, they will re-deposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months of passing such order. Application (No.11188/2016) stands disposed of.

After having cursorily gone through the pleadings of the parties, it appears to me that the controversy raised in the present matter can be resolved if the parties sit across the table or try to settle the dispute AGP/-
