The learned Senior Counsel seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to the applicant to fle an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court after the fnal opinion is received from the concerned doctor.

{2} ba1483.20.odt On perusal of the medical examination report of the victim, it appears that the concerned doctor has kept the fnal opinion pending till receipt of forensic report. In view of the same, the applicant is at liberty to fle an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court after fnal opinion is given by the concerned Medical Ofcer.
