Admittedly, there is no direct evidence against the applicant. However, the evidence is in the form of Dying Declaration. The story of the prosecution is that, there had been quarrel between mother-inlaw and deceased Sarika. Looking to the age of the applicant and the fact that she is a woman, we pass the following order.

ORDER

i) Criminal Application No. 4567 of 2015 is allowed.
