These petitions are filed by siblings who seek limited directions for deciding their tribe claims of belonging to "Tokre Koli" Schedule Tribe, within a stipulated period of time. 2.

Tribe claims of the petitioners are pending before Respondent No. 2 Scrutiny Committee. Learned AGP appears for both the respondents in these petitions.

It is submitted that both the petitioners have been able to secure admissions to Engineering College and they are required to furnish validity certificates within one month. It is further submitted that the Scrutiny Committee has already heard the case regarding their tribe claims and therefore, final order can be passed expeditiously.

Learned AGP, on instructions, confirms the fact that the case is pending for orders before the Scrutiny committee. 5.

In view of the urgency projected on behalf of the petitioners and the fact that Respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee has closed the case for orders, we dispose of both the petitions by directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners on or before 22.09.2025.
