We have heard Mr. Patil, learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Irpatgire, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 and 5 and Mr. Deshpande, learned ASG for respondent No. 1.
2. Mr. Irpatgire, learned counsel for respondents No. 4 and 5 submits that for the grievance raised in the present petition, petitioners have alternate remedy to approach the Arbitrator under section 84 of the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002.

In light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. All the contentions of the parties are kept open. The forum where the petitioners would file proceedings, shall consider the time spent in prosecuting present writ petition.
