This petition is filed for limited direction to the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner at the earliest, looking to the urgency in the matter. It is brought to our notice that the petitioner has appeared for medical entrance examination and the rounds of counseling and admission are to begin on 18th August 2025.

It is brought to our notice that the father of the petitioner was granted validity on the strength of an order passed by this Court on 25th March 2019, in Writ Petition No.07279 of 2011. 3.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances and the fact that Shrikant Malani

946.WP.9880.2025.doc the vigilance cell report has been already submitted in the present case, to which the petitioner has also responded, the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 31st August 2025.

The writ petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
