In view of the content of the application and the submissions made the application is allowed. The order made by the learned Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the matter is restored to its original number. Learned counsel undertakes to remove office objections before 23/10/2015. If the office objections are not removed the matter shall stand dismissed automatically. Civil Application is disposed of.
