Respondent No.1-a namely Laxmibai Sundarrao Ghare in First Appeal No. 2465/2017 died during the pendency of the appeal. Her legal heirs were already brought on record after death of her husband Sundarrao Ghare and therefore now, it is not necessary to bring her legal heirs on record. Therefore the civil application stands disposed of.
