2. During speaking to minutes, the learned counsel submitted that there was also prayer for setting aside the order of dismissal order of abatement and for restoration. But due to oversight, in the order dated 7.9.2015 there is no such mention in the order when the permission is granted to come on the record as legal heirs of appellant and legal heirs of respondent.
