This is an application for relaxation of condition of not to enter the village.

The learned APP has objection to grant the application since there is possibility of blare up once the applicants enter the village.

The applicants claimed to be agriculturists by profession. They have been out of village over two years. They

(( 2 )) 975-APPLN-2940-2022 want to enter village for cultivation of their lands towards their living. The Court is therefore inclined to grant the application. 4.

The application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

The applicants shall mark their presence at Pathardi Police Station, District Ahmednagar, once a week i.e. on every Sunday by 12.00 noon, till conclusion of trial.
