At the outset, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that the order dated 25.11.2016 passed by the learned JMFC, Sillod, in the domestic violence proceedings bearing Cri.M.A. No.2/2016, directing the petitioner/ husband to pay maintenance of Rs.3000/- per month to the respondent/ wife, was challenged before the learned Sessions Court, Aurangabad, in PWDVA Appeal No.5/2017, which appeal came to be dismissed by the order dated 19.06.2018. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

Today, the learned advocate for the petitioner is not

*2* 936crwp1119o18 in position to submit before this Court whether, the petitioner is paying the said amount to the respondent/ wife or not. The learned advocate conceded that the petitioner is not in touch with him for long time despite his efforts.

In view of the above position, this petition cannot be entertained. The Writ Petition is dismissed.
