The present application is filed for fixing early date of hearing in Criminal Appeal No. 74/2016 filed by the State. 2.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that, though the applicant is acquitted in the year 2015, but because of the pendency of this appeal, he is not getting the retiral and pensionary benefits and prays that the appeal itself be heard finally. 3.

Considering the request made, fix the matter for hearing in the week commencing from 06.02.2023.
