The petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to appoint her as para teacher/assistant teacher. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for the respondent No. 1.

It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make representation / application to the respondents for considering her for appointment as Para Teacher / Assistant Teacher so that the respondents would be in a position to take decision on the same.

In light of the above, we pass the following order. 5.

The petitioner shall make application / representation to the respondents seeking appointment as Para Teacher /Assistant Teacher. The said application / representation shall be considered expeditiously by the respondents, on its own merits, in accordance with law and existing policy, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the receipt of such application / representation.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
