The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in pursuant to the Master Plan prepared in the year 2012, wherein the village Chinchpur is shown in the said Master Plan for the purpose of establishing new Secondary School in Marathi Medium, the petitioner already submitted the proposal to the Respondents. However, the Respondent - State has not taken any decision on the said proposal submitted by the petitioner in pursuant to the said Master Plan. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submits that, the District Level Committee has forwarded the said proposal to the State Government. 3.

In the circumstances, in case, such proposal is pending with the Respondent No.1, we direct the

9758.15WP Respondent No.1 to take decision on the said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably before 30th April, 2016 and communicate the said decision to the petitioner. Needless to observe that, in case, the Respondent No.1 wishes to hear the petitioner, such advance notice may be given to the petitioner, indicating particular date therein. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of in above terms. 5.

The parties to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
