Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since the matter was agitated by way of writ petition No. 9722 of 2013 in this court and since it was found that the writ petition would not be maintainable, the writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn, by this Court on 25th August, 2014, with liberty to the applicants to prefer appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
