After hearing learned Advocate for the applicant for some time, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the application. However, we observe that since there is possibility of addition of Section 69 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 by the Trial Court, we had shown the disinclination. 2.
