The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has resigned the respondents are not returning the original documents.

Mr. Sangle, learned advocate for respondents submits that show cause notice is issued to the petitioner. The respondents are ready to return the original documents provided the petitioner approaches the respondents and so also file reply to the show cause notice.

There would be no reason for the respondents to retain the original documents. The petitioner shall visit the office of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall return the original documents with them in accordance with law. The petitioner is at liberty to file rely to the show cause notice issued by the institution.

On these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
