The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits on instructions that, the Petitioner desires to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal.

Our order dated 08/06/2019 is very specific that, if the Petitioner did not deposit Rs.3,00,000/-, the interim protection would stand vacated. It is admitted that the Petitioner did not deposit the amount with the Bank, as was directed. The interim relief, therefore, stood automatically vacated.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off, as withdrawn, since the Petitioner desires to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal.
