Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body and learned counsel for respondent/s (original claimant/s). Learned AGP for applicants No.2 and 3 is present. Perused applications. 2.

Admittedly, the applicant- Acquiring Body was impleaded as a party respondent in the reference petition u/s. 18 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 filed before the Reference Court. In view of nature of subject matter and the lands acquired for the purpose of irrigation division, it would essential to grant permission for applicant to ventilate grievance before Appellate Forum against the impugned Judgment and Award passed by Reference Court. The learned counsel for respondent/s (original claimant/s) fairly conceded for grant of permission in favour of applicant Acquiring Body to file appeal. In such circumstances, the civil applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. The applicant is permitted to file appeal against impugned Judgment and

2 927-CA-7748-15 Award passed by Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No. 66, 67, 78, 77 of 2009 and L.A.R. No. 242 of 2012 dated 02-05-2013. The Registry to take requisite steps for further process. The civil applications stand disposed of accordingly.
