The grievance of the petitioners is that their application for sanction of non salary grants has not been decided by the Education Officer - respondent no.3. This being the only relief claimed by the petitioners, the petition is being disposed of by directing respondent no. 3 to decide the said proposal on merit and in accordance with law within six weeks. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
