During the course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, ends of justice would be met in case the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar is directed to decide the proceedings

9832.16WP bearing Special Darkhast No.62/2012 within stipulated period.

In that view of the matter, without entering into the merits of rival contentions raised in this Petition or in the affidavit in reply, we direct Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar to decide the said proceedings bearing Special Darkhast No.62/2012, in case said proceedings are not stayed by the Higher Court, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four months from today.

With the above observations, the Petition stands disposed of.
